These pieces feature a primary color pallet which we will design a beautiful arrangement of flowers around. Some accent colors may be used but the primary color scheme will designed with your chosen color in mind (Color listed in the name of this piece)

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers look great and the delivery was timely and in accordance with the instructions. What was a bit disappointing and led to some confusion is that the enclosed card was left blank. I’m not sure why that happened, but I’m noticing that the confirmation email I received doesn’t have anything in “Card Info” section, while the “Review Order” screen definitely had the message I entered. Maybe verify the process online order info is captured? Leaving 5 starts because otherwise the experience was great.
