Cut Flower Arrangement: Keep cool, out of sun/heat. Top off water daily, change every 2–3 days. Remove fading flowers.
Hand-Tied Bouquets: Unwrap, trim stems, place in water. Keep cool. Change water every 2–3 days.
Green Plants: Indirect light. Water when top soil is dry. Ensure drainage.
Succulents: Bright light. Water sparingly. Let soil fully dry.
Orchids: Bright, indirect light. Water weekly, drain fully.

This florist is fabulous! I placed an online order and Jayne’s went above and beyond! The arrangement was exceptionally beautiful; and it was so nice to speak to the floral arranger as I had a couple of additional requests. He was so knowledgeable and put together a flower arrangement that made my best friend one of the happiest persons on Earth on her special day! Many many thx from Asheville NC!

We sent the flowers from far away, so I was very pleased to get the picture of the bouquet by the door when it was delivered. The ordering process was very easy. The selections on the website were easy to see and choose. The delivery was just as promised - next day, on time. I like that the arrangements were unique and not “FTD” that you see on so many florist sites. And the final bouquet that was delivered was gorgeous!! Thank you!!

The bouquet I ordered for the milestone birthday of a dear friend's mother was absolutely beautiful. I had requested that irises be included (if possible), because this dear friend had recently passed away, and the iris was an important symbol for her. The florist did not have any irises available, so instead, they included a greeting card that was embedded with iris seeds that could be planted. I was deeply touched by this thoughtful and meaningful addition as was my friend's mother. This is a very special level of service from a florist who truly understands the language of flowers.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
